5 YEAR INSTALLATION WARRANTY CARD

Please peruse this document and make sure you understand all terms and conditions.

 

1. Your installation is covered for twelves (12) months from the date of installation unless serviced minimum annually 

2. Installations serviced annually by Advanced Air Repairs will have the warranty extended up to sixty (60) months

3. Warranty is valid if the following warranty card or the online warranty card is filled out within 3 months of the original installation date

4. A copy of the installation receipt will require to be forwarded to service@airrepairs.com.au or PO Box 389 Campbelltown NSW 2560 within the same time frame

5. Although every attempt will be made to contact and remind you of the service and when they fall due it is the soul responsibility of the air conditioning owner to have the unit serviced in the required time frames

6. Warranty is only valid if the complete installation invoice and any service invoices are paid in full

7. Callouts for non warranty faults will incur a standard callout fee

8. This warranty is on top of the manufactures warranty and by no way excludes any terms or conditions of the manufacture 

9. Installation warranty excludes but not limited to manufacture faults, general wear and tear, schrader valves, gas leaks caused by schrader valves, incorrect filter cleaning, malicious damage, rodent damage and drain pumps

10. The installation warranty will be voided if the unit or installation is tampered with by a non Arctick certified technician 

11. Installation warranty may also be voided if general maintenance or recommended repairs during maintenance are not adhered to

12. Warranty is non transferable
